It’s often said in cooking, that the trick is to use simple, quality ingredients to achieve perfection.  In this regard, pizza is a perfect example of this.  As long as the basics are done right i.e. good dough, good toppings and a good oven the results is usually a great form of fast food.  Furthermore, it provides a much healthier option than other forms of fast food.  The growth of the pizza delivery business in the USA is further testament to the fact that if you offer good, simple food and combine it with the convenience of a delivery service you have a great business, just think Pizza Hut :)

The USA has had a system of using bail bonds for nearly 100 years. In essence a bail bond is a financial contract between the court and a bail bond company to ensure that a criminal defendant turns up for a court hearing. It has the benefit of allowing the criminal defendant to remain free upto the court date. Furthermore, by providing the bond for a fee (usually around 10%) it means that defendants don’t need to find the full total of their bail in order to remain free on licence. A number of states: Kentucky, Oregon, Wisconsin and Illinois do not allow commercial bail bonds and the courts in these areas simply hold 10% of the bail amount as surety.

The other aspect to the bail bond business, is that of bounty hunters. In the event that a defendant does not turn upto court on the appointed date, it is the responsibility of the bondsmen to track down the defendant. This has been popularised by reality TV shows such as Dog the Bounty Hunter.
